And sensor efficiency is REALLY BAD there, even worse than at the unknown hole in Omicron Alpha. As in, your sensors won't pick up stuff that's a mere 1k away, so waypoint what you want to get to.

I found those planets too. What's the use of getting there they don't sell anything and you can't get jobs or rumors there.

The only reson you would want to go there is to have a close place to land and repair when you are killing nomads and looting their wepons (the monkeys repair). I'm sure that there was a reson that they were added to the game but DA made a grave mistake as many have before by signing up with Microsoft. By doing that the game was relesed before it was ready to be like all of Microsoft's programs.
