I recommend go to Colorado and kill Xenos to get Silver
and good reps with just about everyone EXCEPT the Zoners.
Watch the Zoner rep carefully. Stop when they are going negative.
Then go to Dublin and kill Mollys & get Gold.
Try to avoid Corsairs, you kill Mollys to get them neutral.
Then find Freeport near Corsair space for bribe.

Better yet, forget the Titan (Flys like a cow) and get an Eagle.
It's at a Freeport.

yeah titans are like flying a house. eagle much better

definately get an eagle. they are much more maneuverable and the difference in hull really isn't a huge problem. if you are still playing single player, then you could probably get away with a titan. but for multiplayer, you'd be screwed because guys in eagles will just fly circles around you.

the best way to get good with the corsairs is to go to dresden, go to Vogtland Base (in the first cloud you see) and slaughter Hessians. they're easy and you get good reps with just about everyone. took me 20 mins to get corsairs from bottom end of hostile to neutral.

once you get corsair faction, do this:
New London(Light arms)<----> Cadiz (omega-5)(artifcats)

Frankly I don't think there is any bribe for known criminal's, if there is I haven't seen one
