Paralyzer Missile Launcher
Where can I find this missile launcher? I frequently find these missiles and my cargo hold is full of them, but I still can't find the launcher. Does anybody know where it can be found/bought?

to the question ... it can't be found anywhere, if u want it u have to mod it
