Those are level 10 weapons. There are only three ships in the entire game that are capable of supporting those weapons. I don't know how many different codenamed weapons there are (20+, I think) but they are some of the most powerful weapons in the game. Only the Sabre, Titan, and Eagle can use these weapons.
