paralyzer missle / skyblast

Can anyone tell me where i can get the paralyzer missle as well as the skyblast B turret?

Which area to buy, and for the skyblast, which GMG ships i have to kill

The Sky B turret is at the Gas Miner Naha in Sigma 13. Dunno about the Paralyzer....it's not worth the ammo cost, though - just get a Tizona del Cid.
