Where is Malta?

If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

Where is Malta?

I've searched all the systems for it... Is it a system in itself? I've looked at the clickable map and the forums...

Where is it??!!!!!!! Could some PLZ give me some co-ords (e.g new york, d3)

Thx

If you are at the unknown jumphole, head west a ways, you will see it.

Also when you are looking for bases/jumpholes, switch your map to display patrol routes. Most of these routs are going/coming from bases/jumpholes/jumpgates.

It is a planet, think is a small cluster of 3 planets, when you get close enough to put your cursor on it, it will highlight either white, red, or green, depending on how outcasts are aligned to you.

Actually, I think it would only be highlighted white or green, not red...if it's going to be highlighted red, then you most probably would make it far enuf to see the planet.

Or, if you do actually see the red highlight around the planet, then you'll probably be dead within the next few sec.

Bottom line: chances for early "retirement" increases greatly when you try to visit Malta while being hostile to the Outcasts. Recommended only for the suicidal, highly insane, or very lucky, or any combination thereof

My first sighting of malta it was red, I went clean up from crete, through outcast space then landed somewhere around leeds. My trip cost the outcasts many of their ships. Hardest part of the trip was when arriving through a jumphole with about a dozen of them around me. Was in a titan at the time. Outcasts are to hyped up on cadmine to fight effectively
