how do i open this jumpgate in multiplayer?

if its a inf. edit, how or what do i edit?

It's not accessable in MP. Apparently, an exclusion zone is rendering it useless. You would have to edit that.

the point being no not possible, only in single player not multi. Some places/holes/ships stations are only in single player
