Actually, the station name starts with "B", and it's Bruchsal Base, hosted by the ever friendly criminal group the Bundschuh. I would recommend getting on their good side before attempting the purchase, to mention nothing about having a boatfull of credits to burn.

Just curious exactly how friendly you have to be with them? I imagine pretty friendly, seeing as it is one serious piece of @$$ whooping ordinance. On a side note, is it even worth the money? I mean, can you ever actually hit stuff with it?

Yeah, you can hit stuff w/ the torps...but typically only during head-on encounters. It does make a pretty nice "coup d'gras"(sp?) in pvp though. Although, it's not very effective against nomads (which is kind of odd since the dang thing does 11k hull damage. Oh well, cheers.

Yeah you have to be fairly friendly with them...not all the way but certainly past the point where they're green.

You can hit stuff, but it's so slow that the target has to be either stationary or coming straight at you...and be careful not to get yourself caught in the blast, cuz it freakin' hurts
