Hi, does anyone know where i can be friendly with junkers by bribe?

Try at a Rogue, Outcast, or Corsair base.

Alternatively, try the planets and stations that are close to Junkers bases and are frequented by Junkers, e.g. Manhattan and Pittsburgh, or New Berlin.

Or you can look in the nifty little thread up top (it's stickied) called "Rep-Hack-List", which lists a whole load of locations you can get your rep hacked for various factions...
