The Sun Crono That did Not hurt

Well,....this isn't really THAT exciting but I thought it interesting none the less. Upon entering the Unknown system through the jumphole in Omicron Gamma, I noticed a green star which appeared on my Nav map in the upper-right -hand corner. I could not select it from the Nav map though so.....I decided to investigate. I flew toward the star......the thing was....It was farther away than it looked......what appeared to be at least 30k from the nearest planet in the system was actually more like 130k.......I found this odd but I flew on until I reached it due to my curiousity. When I reached it of course the computer said "Danger. Entering sun crono." Yet no damage was done to my ship......none at all......I am extremely confused by this. Is this a glitch or something? Who knows......but go ahead and check it out for yourselves.

This is old news. There are plenty of other posts about this somewhere. But I think the consensus is that it is just an unfinished system, and the dev's never got around to making that star kill ya before the game came out. Oh, well.

Microsoft never completes their programs...this is where one of the supposed black hole is supposed to be...the other is from omiciron gamma...but i don't think there are any planets...i think
