is there anywhere a lvl 10 turret?

is there anywhere a lvl 10 turret?

i know that the highest buyable weapons r lvl 9 weapons but i never found a lvl 10 turret in a wreck... is there anywhere a lvl 10 turret in the game or why does my sabre has a lvl 10 turret slot?
