Help , Need to find a shield

now that it's in the appropriate forum, I can spoil all I want; go to either planet malta or Crete and there will be a c10 positron shield. It is the only c10 shield you can get (w/o hacking, of course)

You have to be in with the Corsairs (Crete) or the Outcasts (Malta) though, so if you aren't I would not recomment going to those systems...
