some tips needed

ok here's my situation, I'm running around in a Sabre with 2 DBacks, 1 ONXK (or whatever it's called), 1 Skyblaster B Turret, 2 lv 8 guns and lv8 shield, I got about $100,000 bucks left, I need:

1) Sunslayer - the base is hostil so I need to find rep hack for the Bunds (looked at the rep-hack-list but can't get ir even after docking 20 times at Mainz)

2) Access to Crete for lv10 shields and other assorted goodies - Corsairs hate me too, I'm gonna have to kill some Red Hessians

3) Go kick some Nomad arse which means access to Alpha

is there a place in Rheinland where I can either a) hack my rep for the Bunds or or kill their enemies to make them like me while not pissing off the Corsairs?

Bribes for Zoners would also be good but DAMN IT that list didn't work!

With only 100,000 creds left I would work on bringing my wealth up a bit before worrying about rep hacking. Have never purchased a sunslayer, so can't price help there, but those shields are over 300k, lvl 9 guns you can salvage or just blow off some pirate ships, but depending on your rep, if you find a rep hacker for them, it could easily eat up that 100k you already have.
