The Order Weapons

Can I still buy Order weapons after I've completed the Plot?
And if so, where can I buy them?

AFAIK , you can't.

Not that you'd really want to anyway.
The Neutron gun is identical to the Blood Dragon Wakizashi, as are the Laser and the Liberty Vengeance Mk III.
Plus, after you've completed the game, you'll soon buy a better fighter like the Stiletto or Valkyrie anyway, thus making those puny lvl 6 guns obsolete.
