how can I land on restricted planets

how can I land on restricted planets

does anyone know how to land on the restricted planets. I tried to land on Carinea Omicron Alpha and on the planet Pygar in Omicron Theta but it says that the acces is restricted. I couldn't land there even thou I had a good relationship with the zoners and the outcasts. whar can I do?

I don't think those planets even have docking rings..either way, you can't land on those planets.
