IS there anyway to get the new york>alaska jump gate to work in zone 21?

after the SP campaign, no. The path through the minefield which you took in the SP mission seems to have been magically filled in. Plus, I doubt the jump gate even works.

There is still a path through, but the jumpgate isn't enabled anymore, makes sense to close the jumpgate from the prison system to the capital system.

Thank you, I found the path but I wondered if I had another mission somewhere or something. been so long i had forgotten going there before.
