News about new technology in planet crete?!

When i was in planet crete, omicron gamma system and checked news, its written that:
"New Advances in Ship Technology
...This latest discoverywill allow any corsair ship with the sabre engine to increase its speed by at least 50 percent after stabilizers are added to the ship's hull and engine."
whats that? where and how can i get it?

hy, i know thats a prob from privateers(g): IN PRivat. 2 the news get a tip but in this game i think is a gag. i wait and found nothing, and be lev 38 in sp and mp with 5 mio creds. dont be stupid, tv-news is .......!

I think they are describing the new technology for the Titan (which is just a centurion with better armor, more weapons etc.).

In the corsiar shipyard there is a news brief about the Corsairs developing a faster thruster, but this requires a modification to the ships superstructure. While this would be a sweet thing. It does not exist. Think there are a couple bogus news casts out about ship improvements that just never quite seem to make it onto your ship, hehe. Till then is just 80,200,300. Think there is a mod or 2 out that will improve ship speed.
