I cannot find damn missions (26 lev, single)

I know this will sound stupid but I can't find a mission. I'm on 26 lev, something about 400.000 cash (i know it doesn't matter how much money do I have). what is going on?

Do any mission from a bar if it says next lvl requirement is a mission, or earn the amount it says

I'm 29 lev now and still there's no "Mission" requirement only specified amount of money. I haven't got any missions in bar since i finished storylined part of Freelancer... Isn't that weird?

Look what factions are in the bar. Maybe you're not friendly enough with them to do jobs. Try another bar...There's no problem - if there's not mission in one place try another. U see, there are 52 systems...

Well... it's funny but i'm friendly with "good" companies like Liberty Police, Bretonia Amed Forces etc.. I'm looking for a job in Manhattan, New London etc. and you know what? Nothing.... It is really confusing....

The same problem is happening to me, but it didn't manifest until level 36. I have tried friendly and neutral bases all over the map, and they all say "not enough experience", "become friendlier", or "come back later". It's beginning to annoy me. OK, it's annoying the Hell out of me
