Omega13?

I was snooping around the game files on my computer and came accross a folder called "blackhole," and in it there was a file called "omega13." Anyone know if there is an omega13 system out there somewhere?

it's belived that Omega-13 was a system containing a blackhole, but it was cut from the game during development.
