Omicrion Minor & Major & tohuku

Ive been to Minor and Tohuku in sp, but i havent tried reaching them in MP + im having problems with FL data storm but i saw something called omicrion major there
are these three systems reachable?

Nope , after completing SP these systems are not reachable. Try it yourself - the coordinates for Omicron Minor & Major are D4 in Omicron Beta.
