To answer your question:

1. You can ambush the ones which the Bounty Hunters have a struggle with (like the Navy and Police forces etc.). That will make you score points with the Bounty Hunters.

2. You can also bribe certain people, so they can put in a good word with the Bounty Hunters for you

I have not seen any options to bribe people. How do I do that?

I'm from New York, live in Denver now.

When you´re at a base or planet, go to its bar. When you´re there, hover over the people, so you can see what actions are possible with them (like hearing a rumor etc.) When you hover over someone and you see a $ sign, this means it´s someone who you could bribe. Usually you need a lot of cash though !

The best way to get on the good side of the Bounty Hunters is chocolate. Bounty Hunters LOVE chocolate. Mostly they like pure, milk chocolate, but occasionally you will find some that prefer white chocolate.

If the Bounty Hunters REALLY hate you, you may want to consider flowers also.
