what did u do?

when the liberty blew up the freespace 7 survivor riding in a freighter? i was gonna go after them.. then they had more . . . and i was running outta time.. so i had to dock with the trade lane...

ps. if anyone thinks this is a spoiler, then plz move it.

presently, my world is upside down, so if u do not mind, u'll have to tok to my a$$

Any discussion related to the story is definately a spoiler, so it's off to the spoiler forum with this one.

The first time I did what they said and went about my way. The second time I immediately attacked the 3 ships. They are a tough battle that early in the game. Have killed them twice now, get a class3 turret out of it, can't remember the name, but no affect on the story line that I can tell.
