Have a look at the Rep-Hack thread up at the top of the forum index. It contains a list of the various factions and where they can be bribed. Those folders with push pins in them are there all the time (i.e., "sticky", and contain info that is often asked about on the forum...sort of like FAQs.
I'd search for and give you just your answer, but I'm on a very slow connection right now...it's taking around five minutes for the index to reload every time I go back after looking at a message.
