loot....

If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

loot....

hi anyone know how to expand the cargo hold for my titan???

and by the way does anyone know how to speed up over 80 without adv. thruster
i also tried to capture a freighter but it was unfortunately not possible... i was just tired from loot the stuff from blasted fighters and taking them back to a station to sell them. there must be a better way...
that's why i ask for capturing much more money for the stuff without going back
shoot = kill = loot = sell
easy bucks easy way hehheee

I just bought a Humpback freighter, and traded goods until I had +5 million credits. Then I bought my titan, and am living happily off that money. I don't think you can expand your cargo, and there is a better way: missions in the border worlds. They pay huge amounts of cash (once I got offered 200,000 credits for one mission). Also, speeding up past 80 without the a thruster is easy. Use shift+w, then press z to cut the engines. You'll slowly decelerate, but you will still be moving in the same direction, and you can freely rotate and shoot things. However, if you do need to alter your course, you'll need to re-fire the engines while facing the proper direction.

If you're willing to modify your game files, you can expand the cargo capacity; check out the Editing Forum.
Another alternative is to battle Nomad ships (yes, there are still some around if you know where to look) and sell the weapons they often drop.
If you want to run freight, but want a ship that's both more nimble--for a freighter--and has larger capacity, get yourself a Dromedary.
There's also at least one thread in here somewhere about a very lucrative trade route between New Berlin and New Tokyo.
Good luck, whatever you decide!

It's better to burn out than to fade away[[!

In omicron gamma, there is a news bulitin that the shipyards there have developed a thruster that can increase the overall speed of the ship, after a small structural modification. But alas, this is just a news story.

Trading is still the fastest money maker, but if you prefere to fight, then get to a system that has sabres/hammerheads, or titans, them looted class9 weapons sell for a healthy chunk.
