are there levl restrictions on ship buying?

I have enough money for an eagle but am only 13 level will I beable to purchase said eagle?

You will need quite a few extra levels. More specifically: you won't be able to buy it until after you finish the story. Then, lvls is only about money, so you should lvl quickly...

Not certain of minimum level for Eagle, Titan is 32, think Eagle is around 28.
