Dimondbacks and help with weapon set up

Where are the dimondbacks and are they the best lvl 10 weapon, I plan on setting up like this (mostly for PKing)

Eagle
2 nomads (cannons or blasters I don’t know yet)
2 other lvl 10s (dimondbacks I think, unless there is something better)
2 del cids
Torps or disrupters I don’t know yet

I don’t really use mines
I won’t be using my turret much
So I don’t really care.

Do any of the other lvl 10s have the same projectile speed as the nomad cannons and blasters?

If anyone knows where i can find a list of weapon stats please tell me.
