Paralyzer missiles

I believe I've been to all but just a few bases in the game, and I've salvaged a lot of wrecks, but I've never seen a Paralyzer missile launcher.

Some of the wrecks I found had the missiles (ammo) but not the launchers. Does anybody know where to get the Paralyzer launcher?

Outcasts or Corsairs base cant remember which, to expensive from what I remember. I got the screamer mines instead.

They don't have Paralyzer missile launchers there. I have checked. The best anti-shield missile launcher they have is the "Neutralizer" (class 7).

They have other class 9 launchers, but NOT the Paralyzer.

I've found the missiles when looting shipwrecks, but I've never found the launcher anywhere. And only the Corsairs and Outcasts have class-9 missile launchers, that I've seen... if they don't have it, who would? Bah, just like the class-10 turret hardpoints, DA loves to tease us!

I've explored a large number of bases looking for this launcher myself and haven't come across it. I don't think it exists.

Maybe it's another mystery like the level 10 freighter/light fighter shields or the invisible class 7+ pulse cannon projectiles.
