you get the sunslayer from the brunduschu (sp ) base in rheinland, its off in the asteroid feild by a big white plantet...I forget what its called, you must be on good terms with them to buy it, its ultra powerful. though..I dont know why you'd really ever use it

the nomad weapons you find at the unknown systems or the jumpholes to those ... and you can bribe outcast in malta *g*
if your neutral to them ... to get them neutral it works fairly easy just to bribe rogues at the junkers base in texas (there are lot more chances to bribe outcast at lots of criminal bases, but once you can land on those most time your anyway already neutral to them and can bribe them at their homeworld malta in omicron alpha dirkt)

if you have any problems with finding systems you can use FL Datastrom, its a little nice map

get yourself a defender or better
fly to colorado
follow the trade lanes to battleship rio grande
then go left and down a little bit
into the asteroid field
u ll find a jumphole to kepler there
there u ll find a lot of xenos if u fly around a bit and sometimes even some bounty hunters
kill all xenos u encounter and your rep will go up pretty good for all fractions except zoners, img and xenos ofcourse
those are easy fights to get good rep for all fractions besides 3. the only easier way is bribing IF u know where ...

the freeport base in Tau-37 will have a bar patron from time to time that has insight into hacking Outcast reputation.

depends on your current rep with them i would think (the more hostile the more it costs) and you can bribe outcasts in alcatraz in california
