after the story plot what then

If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

The real fun begins after you complete the storyline. You only get to go to about half of the systems after you finish the story, so the exploring and adventuring is far from over.

There are the unfound systems, plus the unexplored systems, plus the factions. Try joining a different faction perhaps, right now I'm killing lots of Xeno's trying to decide who I want to align with. I like Liberty but it's somewhat low levelish...I wish in a patch or something after the SP campaign the NPC's would automatically be leveled and start using more advanced ships as you do. I think I might spend some times exploring Kusari, the Omega systems and Rhineland since I didn't get too see much of those places.

Yea after the SP mission explaore around and try and map out some of your trade routes. Level up your levels, and get some nice very heavy fighters. When thats done, test out your skills in the MP

Yeah exploring should take you about 10 hours or so. After you get the best guns and ship and shield in the game, you will realize that nothing in the game can kill you anymore short of crashing into planets and stars. At this point you will get bored, and will have more fun playing tic-tac-toe.

Got an e-mail back from DA regarding the big fat document i sent them, finally

Xaanix
try going to omicron alpha and beta with yer class 10 weapons and titan or sabre without bieng freindly with outcast,then come here and tell us how nothing can kill you.

Kill em all-Let GOD sort em out !

uhm ... done that ... in a starflier ... was not easy
but not hard either, I spend at the whole trip from manhatten to omicron theta 3 or 4 bats ... right from the start, with just the start ship and my 2k start money

in an eagle NOTHING the AI does can kill you, as long as you are not a incompetent idiot.

only danger are players ... and well 99% of them are somehow not much more a thread than 20 titans and 20 hammerheads attacking ... with the small difference that you need for 40 ai ships about 5 minutes and for a single player about 5 seconds

so they are at least not as annoying

@liquid steel

Ive already done that. Im red with both corsairs and outcasts. They might take my shields down to 50% but not too big of a headache. You just load up 4 nomad cannons, a class 9 turret, In the class 9 slots, 1 lancer and 1 cannonball launcher. Take down the shields and then boom, shoot 2 missles at em. After you killed half, then you just use the guns. You can use missles if you feel like it.

If the AI had regenerative shields, then it will be a challenge.
