Some odd things about rings...

If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

Some odd things about rings...

I noticed some odd things that i'd simply call "bugs"

There are several planets with descriptions mentioning "magnificient ring system" or something like it but that don't have any rings whatsoever.

There are also two planetless rings floating in space. One of them (in Rheinland) has a jumphole in it's center which would explain the forming of the rings (gravity well) and it seems to be intended. The other one, however, is next to the Funchu prison in Kusari and is supposed to have a planetoid in it's center. The problem is: the planetoid is invisible and has a size of zero. You can target it, fly as close as 0 meters to it and you can even bump into it, but it's not there.

Can anyone confirm these observations/bugs?

Yeah, I saw the one in Kusari, I thought it was odd to have a planet without rings, I think it was next to Planet Seto.

Lol yeah, that "empty" prison ring... was in Shigoku, next to Deshima Station. Saw the ring from afar and thought "hey, lets take a look" just to find nothing more than Funchu floating in it - but in a position that suggests it is "in orbit" of something at the center... never noticed the zero-dimmed planet, though. NIce finding!

Perhaps the "massive ring systems" are actually astroid feilds that surround the map? That'd be pretty "massive."

Although I haven't looked at these descriptions, so I really have no idea.. just a guess.

I just assumed the Funchu was so chocked full of prisoners that it had formed its own gravity well, hence the rings.

lol... could be true if the prison were in the center of the these rings.

It's in the Frankfurt system, next to planet Munich.
