Manchester

A newbie question this is...

But I would like to check with you guys...

From which system can I access the Manchester system?

I was flying all around Brettonia...Leeds to New London...Dublin....Cambridge...back to Leeds and then to Edinburgh....Couldn't find no Manchester?

Its not shown on my map....

Can anyone help?

*looks at map*
I see two ways from Bretonia Space to Manchester:

1) a jumphole in 'south-eastern' Leeds, probably pirate-infested
and
2) a public jumpgate in the upper right corner of the New London System
