PLEASE HELP!!!

i want eagle ship but i have Zoners in red ... i can't find a hacker - they just to be in freeports but freeports are Zoners' .... 1 freeport is IMG but a have it in red too ..... what can i do? where can i find zoner hacker? ..... i read there are no connections between zoners and other groups so i can't bribe another to get zoners neutral ...... please help! ) any solution?

I remember there is a zoner bribe in Sigma-13.
I think its one of the station or Gas Miner Naha

its in the yanagi depot, but you gotta be neutral with the junkers though, that place you can bribe almost all factios (bad ones that is) you just gotta refresh the bar
