Ok, for the hackers I'm not so sure of a non-rogue base that bribes them soo.......for the rogues, bribe them on rochester in northern new york (it's a junkers base) From there once they're friendly head to either Buffalo (rogue base in the badlands) or Montezuma (rogue base in Cortez) One of those should have a lane hackers bribe. I would kill some xenos in between though because the two consecutive bribes will not make the liberty or bretonian forces very pleased with u. U can even take missions at rochester from the rogues against the xenos..that'll improve your relationship with both. If those are too easy, head to Dawson base (rogue) in bering and take anti-xeno missions there from the rogues. Those will pay better and be slighty more diff (20 or so) It takes quite a bit of cunning to do this rep reversal well and maintain house allies. However, I have all 45-50 groups neutral or friendly except the xenos. It's taken a long time but indeed IT IS POSSIBLE. I am still after 60 hours of time logged, exploring new bases that I can just now land on for the first time. I've hit all 51 systems (yes 51) but only 120 of the 160+ bases.... Happy flying
