How to get on the outcasts good side.
If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

I would like to know where I could get on the outcasts good side real fast but without makeing enemys. makeing them Neutral is ok but anything else. I have WAY too many enemys L0L
What level are you?
The consensus seems to be kill Bounty Hunters until your rep with all the bad guys is neutral.
However, under a certain level, the above is suicide! I'm a 26, Valkerye with lvl 6/7 weps and I'm stil getting my butt handed to me by some of the better equipped factions. I'm getting waves of enemies, usually when I exit a jump hole/gate.

Another possibility is going to Sigma-13 and there fly to one of the stations owned by GMG and wreck the depots.... Do the same on one in Liberty (I thought it was a Samuran station in liberty)
After this get the fukking hell outta there but when i did this almost all my crminal factions were neutral. Then go to Hokkaido (above New tokyo system) there follow the unfinished tradelane and wreck all depots u find... this helps a lot too.
If ur lucky u will just get neutral enought with the outcasts to take missions from them, i u do they will become very very friendly after about 2 or 3 missions )

Get it good with the Lane Hackers, Liberty Rogues, and Blood Dragons. In Galileo, in the dust clouds, there's the Leiden Base (Lane Hackers) and the Padua Base (Liberty Rogues). Do some missions for them, it's all attacking Liberty Navy (which hates your guts anyway), Bounty Hunters Guild (which hates your guts too), and Kusari Naval Forces (don't do too many of these, keep them at neutral so you can dock). Later on when you befriend the Blood Dragons, the Outcasts should get friendly with you.
