Level 17 - 18 bug?

Level 17 - 18 bug?

I seem to be on Level 17 with the requirements of
progression to 18 being 'Mission' however this has been
the case through missions 10 and 11 respectively. i was 17
going into 10/11 and am still level 17 having entered
mission 12. Please help someone. I am meant to be going up levels arent i? :/

you will switch to lvl-18 when you complete the SP-mission (the storyline that is)
