Best location for bounty-hunter-hunting?

I want to increase my reps now that I have a pretty good ship, but I haven't seen any bounty hunters in awhile..I guess they don't come around rheinland as much. Where's the best spots for em?

Just attack one of their bases in Shi***u or Manchester, and they'll be coming after YOU hot and heavy. Voila, an instant rep-fix with the Outcasts, Corsairs, and every other criminal faction.

Sheffield station in the Manchester system is all bounty hunter faction, so base yourself at Birmingham station for supplies and to sell loot
