No.

I don't know why they capped the level at 38. I don't think they should have capped it at all, so that players could see how they were doing and give them a little more reason to keep playing.

yes 38 is the max lvl, but I already saw a lvl 39 mission

thats DIFFICULTY level 39, not PLAYER lvl 39.......
