were do i find them, ive found about 8 differnt level ten guns but no diamondback. i did find somthing in omicron gamma, by the jump hole from omega 41, but i died right after i got them. i know they were level 10 but i dont remember thier name. so that is the place i think that they could have been since ive been everwhere else( I do mean ever where ive logged over 100 hours). also is there a way to get level ten weapons off floating ships more then once. or is it that each person can only have each level ten once?

If you've visited a wreck before, its weapons will eventually respawn (each time the server gets restarted) but you (the character you used when plundering that particular wreck) won't be allowed to pick them up - they'll explode when you fire.
