nomad laser weapons?

nomad laser weapons?

no, i'm not talking of the usual nomad cannons/blasters. I saw a guy flying with nomad LASERS that had a refire rate of 1.00 and damage somewhere around 2000..where the hell did he get them? and if he didn't, is it a modification or cheating thing he used? i ask this not cause i want it, but because it was really pissing me off since he was takin all the fun out of playing..had guys w/ incredibly powerful ships he was just licking through..anyone else heard of these nomad LASER's?

Nomad weaponry? Hmm, me thinks I smells a hack. But since there are some class 10 weapons with over 1k damage and 2/sec fire rate, except for no energy used this would not be a ultra-powerful hacked weapon.

The lasers do _NOT_ drop under any circumstances, so it's a safe bet the guy hacked a few .ini's here and there.
