Cloaking device?

Anyone ever find a cloaking device, and if so, where?

Also, what does it do (besides the obvious)? Does it allow complete non-detection till you attack? If you know, let us know please.

There's no cloaking device in the game for you to use...the only one that is in the game is for the NPC's in the SP storyline...sorry...
