Lvl 10 light fighter shield???

Lvl 10 light fighter shield???

Can anyone tell me why you can buy a lvl 10 light fighter shield when there is no ship that can use it?

Theories vary, but the most plausible ones are that the lvl10-LF-shield is only meant for LF-flying NPCs, and its massive amount of shieldpoints just compensates for the ultra-slow shield regen rate than NPCs have (1pt/s).
