This is the planet in one of the "Unkown" Nomad systems. I think it's the base of the Order that you go to during the plot, but I'm not sure. It's populated by robots who don't have much to say. You can supposedly do missions, except I am currently neutral with the base (I say that because it's white) and when I look at the job list it says I have to be on friendlier terms. When I try to look at planet info. on the map it gives the information for some planet called Junyo or something (which someone mentioned in another post). So my question is, does anyone know what faction this planet belongs to and if it's possible to get them to like you so you can get paid to go kick Nomad butt?
