About making new levels

Hi, so far I at level 15 and I just finishes the SP mission 8. I notice between the SP missions you can go up 2 levels, so does that mean 13 SP missions add to 26 level? Please help me out, I hope you can go to a higher level then 26.

Level 38 is the highest. If you kill alot by the end of SP you will be 38(you'll jump from 17 to 38 or so after SP is done)
