Just hang around new berlin in your titan with 4 lvl guns and smoke everything that come by, then when u think your rep is high enough with corsairs and hessisans just leave the system and all rheinland will be firendly again, but so will be sorsairs and hessians... save flight everywhere (although i love blowing hessians up, but they really ****ed me when i was in my humpback doign diamond runs between new berlin and new tokyo)
