Level 8 shields?

Level 8 shields?

Where can I buy level 8 shields (of all 3 types, though it seems like positron shields are the way to go since most enemies I've been facing are using neutron or tachyon based weapons.)

one hint to graviton (the best type) 8 class h.f. shield - go to the omicron gamma and buy titan ship
