Liberty Faction Questions after running...

After you are run out of Liberty, do all Liberty based factions resort to a certain point or do they adjust a certain amount. Mainly, will any faction work I do before being run out of Liberty have an affect on my factions afterwards or will they hate me the same afterwards whether they like me more than normal now? If thats not confusing.

I'm not in the spoilers forum to be told "beat the game and then find out". I've already passed that part in the game, I'm just curious what kind of impact that one instance will have on factions and whether or not they become a certain setting regardless of what work you did before, say like the bounty hunters. Do they drop to -5bars automatically, or is it only -5bars from where it is when it happened.
