How can I fix my faction so that I can land on Mactan?

How can I fix my faction so that I can land on Mactan? I want to buy the dromedary and do some heavy trading. I have decent Lane hackers faction and horrible outcasts faction. Any other factions needed to land here? Also how do I fix outcast faction?

Kill Xenos out by detroit munitions or blow up a couple of the supply depots by manhattan

You need to be in better standing with the lane hackers than the bounty hunters, and you need to be at least nuetral with the liberty rogues. The Dromedary is incredible, I was able to build 3,000,000 credits with it, before I even finished the SP story campaign!
