I read in this forum that some bounty hunters have level 10 shields, of a type that isn't available on the Corsair or Outcast bases. Is there a bounty hunter base somewhere, where I could go to get these shields? Corsairs and Outcasts don't much like me. I've turned too many of their friends into glowing dust clouds, see. So I rather doubt they'd let me land on their bases, which leaves me with a bit of a quandary if those are the only places to find level 10 shields.
