There are 3 ways Omicron Alpha:
Tau-37 has a hole at E3, and Tau-37 can be reached through Tau-23, hole at E2.
Omicron Beta also has the hole at E3, and Sigma-19 has hole at E3 also, which is used to access Beta.
Omicron Theta is accessible from multiple directions, including Sigma-17, and it has a 'hidden' hole to Omicron Alpha at the crossing of sectors F3 and G4 (just north of Planet Vespus). It says "Unknown Jumphole" and doesn't appear on map, though you can see the hole in the political view of the map. Hole appears as Omicron Theta Jumphole at the Alpha end.
(Oh, you could also access Omicron Alpha from the Unknown system's jumphole but as the system is a dead end with only connection with Alpha..)
