I wouldn't think so ... I would assume the game wouldn't let you loot the same ship more then once, since it wouldn't make any sense (SP or MP)

I didn't notice Flint being restocked, but I am pretty damned sure there was a wreck in Omicron Beta (one with the Hispania?) that I looted on the way to Malta, and sometime later coming back thru it let me loot a second time. Also noticed this in one of the Sigma's I think it was. Some ship and it's escort. Looted it as a lowly lvl 16 or so, then after the storyline was over, I came back by on the way to buy a Sabre and looted it again

Actually, I did loot the Flint twice. It appears to be random. Sometimes the derelict ships can blow up...sometimes they can't...sometimes they can be looted more than once...sometimes they can't (or so it seems, and I have no idea what makes the difference). Eventually I decided enough was enough, loaded the save after I looted it the first time, and refused to loot it again, but that's just me. From now on I'm only going to let myself loot each derelict ship once.

It might pay to wait a while before trying to loot a wreck a second time. Maybe the system forgets if given enough time.

Let's get those missiles ready to destroy the universe!!
